What size are our magnetic birth announcements, save the date magnets, and kids birthday invitations?

All of our cards measure a full 3.75" x 5.75" postcard size!

How do I send my photo to you?

Once your order is complete, you can send one or multiple photos to us at art@magneticmessenger.com and we will choose the best one for printing.

How do I know if my photo is high resolution?

Find the file on your computer and then RIGHT CLICK on it. Then select PROPERTIES and it will tell you how large the file is. Any files between 250k and 3MB should be fine. *****NOTE: When attaching your photo to an email, make sure and select ATTACH FILE and not ATTACH PHOTO. Most email programs will shrink the photo down unless you select ATTACH FILE. Visit our PHOTO TIPS section for more help in this area.

Will I get a proof before you send my order to production?

Yes. In about 24-48 hours you will receive an electronic proof of your magnetic birth announcement, wedding magnet, or photo birthday invitation to your email address for your approval.

Can I change any of the wording on your existing designs?

Yes. We can change any of the wording to whatever you want. Just indicate the changes under the COMMENTS section at checkout. We will email you a proof before going to production. You can also change the color scheme on any of our announcements. Just indicate what you'd like and we'll make the change.

Can I write on the back of these announcements or is the entire back a magnet?

Yes. What makes our announcements so unique is that only the top area of the photo birth announcement, save the date card, or first birthday invitation is magnetic. That gives you the entire middle area of the announcement to write a personal note to your recipients. Other magnetic birth announcements and save the date magnets use a thick, bulky magnet across the entire back of the announcement and you cannot add a personal note.

Do envelopes come with my order?

Yes. Envelopes are included with every order.

Can I order my magnetic birth announcements in advance?

Yes. Simply log onto www.MagneticMessenger.com and place your order. At checkout, you will see a COMMENTS section where you can indicate that you will send your baby's photo and statistics when he/she arrives. We will then place your order in our Pending file and move it to processing when we receive your information.

I have an idea for a birth announcement magnet design, save the date magnet, or photo birthday invitation and I'm wondering if I could order it through Magnetic Messenger?

Absolutely. We can design your custom announcement using combinations of our different designs or invitation to your liking. If you order at least 100 magnetic announcements, this service is FREE. If you order less than 100, there is a small $25 design fee. Just send an email to art@magneticmessenger.com with any ideas or suggestions.

What if I place my order, receive the custom design proof from you, and then decide I want to cancel my order for some reason?

If you decide to cancel your order after we've completed your proof, there will be a $20 design fee charged, and the balance of the order amount will be refunded. This protects us from people using our artists for their design work and then taking our work and having it printed at the local photo lab or taking our work to another designer.
